Policies & Official Holidays
The City Of Lubbock Cemetery observes all City of Lubbock holidays, which are designated each year by the Lubbock City Council during their annual budget process. The Cemetery Office will be closed and no interment services will be scheduled on the following City holidays so that our employees can enjoy time off with their families:
New Years Day - January 1st

Good Friday - Friday before Easter
Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
Independence Day - July 4th
Labor Day - 1st Monday in September
Thanksgiving -
4th Thurs.& Fri. in November
Christmas - Christmas Eve & Day
